Low-Temperature Soaping Agents
Traditional soaping of reactive dyes requires multiple hot baths at 95°C. Our new generation of Low-Temperature Soaping Agents works effectively at 60°C and requires fewer wash cycles. This saves not only water but also significant thermal energy and time.
Bio-Scouring
Replacing harsh caustic soda with enzymes for scouring cotton allows for a gentler process that operates at neutral pH. This eliminates the need for extensive acid neutralization washes, further saving water.
One-Bath Processes
We supply auxiliaries that enable Scour-Dye or Dye-Finish one-bath processes for polyester and blends. By combining steps, you can cut process time and water usage by up to 40%.
